[Evolution-hackers] GTKHtml signal for modification?

Hello!

I'm writing a small app with GTKHtml 3.6. It's supposed to have a "The
document has been edited, do you want to save?" dialog if you close it
without saving, but how do I get notified that the contents of the
GTKHtml widget has changed?

None of the signals seem really ideal, is there one or should I use
another aproach?
