Personally I don't think there's a good enough visual relationship
between the action buttons and the selected appointment, and it's not
immediately obvious how I would arbitrarily dismiss some reminders and
snooze some others-- presumably I'd have to snooze the ones I want to
snooze first, and then Close the dialog to dismiss the rest, which I
suspect isn't how most users' minds work :)
FWIW I think iCal on the Mac does a much better job here, with icons for
Close, Snooze and Edit beside each appointment[1]. The snooze icon pops
up a menu offering the choice of 1min/5min/1hr/2hr/1dy. A HIG-ified
version might look something like
