Once upon a time WvMapi used to depend on glib as well, for some
string-escaping functions. That dependenecy was removed, but the
version currently available at open.nit.ca might still depend on glib.
If you email evo-exchangeit-dev lists nit ca somebody could probably
help you out getting a more recent copy of WvMapi.
