Hmm Don't know, ultimately e-d-s has to listen to some gconf key for
online/offlime mode switching and existing key behaviour works for it.
If we need to use a different key for any reason we can do that but
still that key value also needs to be set at the same places where
start_offline key is being set now. offline/online switiching of e-d-s
is driven by evolution only, we are not doing any desktop wide thing for
