[Evolution-hackers] gtkhtml formatting?

has something changed with gtkhtml formatting?  I couldn't see any
changelog's in mail, but the formatting seems weird now, spaced out more
than it used to be.  such that it looks unbalanced now.

e.g. between message headers and the message text
 between attachments
