It was just missing from UI, I implemented it earlier but forgot to add
the menu item for it. I agree that popup menu is crowded. UI team, any
ideas about that popup menu?

Apply filers doesn't run junk filter. Users complained that it's slow
and not necessarily wanted when applying filters. So it get removed from
apply filters few weeks/months? ago.

Separately running junk filtering is handy when you want to filter old
folders you already had before 1.5 or when you don't have junk filtering
enabled for incoming messages and want to run it only sometimes.
