[Evolution-hackers] Building evolution documentation

I've checked out a copy of evolution (1.4.5) from
gnome cvs, and I'm trying to get the developer
documentation built.  I have gtk-doc installed, but I
can't seem to figure out how to build the docs.  Is
there a special make target?
