[Evolution-hackers] default user data location

Hi guys

I was looking at the first-time startup issue for the mailer, setting up
an Inbox etc.

I was thinking of storing the stuff in

$(privdatadir)/default/$(LANG)/mail/
  (plus /local/Inbox, but that is irrelevent).

Where LANG=C is the default.

Do any of the other components need data like this, and/or is there any
argument to using this path convention?
