[Evolution-hackers] ui/feature addition query

This bug, adding back the display of flagged message information inside
the message display:

I haven't started it yet (i needed to do some background stuff first),
but is this ok to add?  Its basically just some text above the message
inside the html of the message display area.

(it could alternatively be a widget or something, but inline is
simpler).
