you want the evolution ximian com list, evolution-hackers is for developers only (ie. it is not meant for tech support questions).

And yes, there is. There is a regex filter.

to filter out the large number of emails i get from random 4 numbers @ random 4 numbers . random domain. eg
1234 3124 largedog.com

There is no way to filter out these emails that I can see.
