[Evolution-hackers] eplugin changes

Just for those playing with the plugin stuff, I just changed the base api for EPopup to return something more useful in the callback method.

It shouldn't make any difference to plugin interface, as it just makes the mapping code simpler.

I'm probably going to make similar changes to the menu stuff too, and not sure what else, to unify the api's as much as possible.
