Hi all,

Just a heads up on head - the following files are going to disappear in
the not too distant future (by the end of next week at the latest I
hope), so hold off on any work related to them:

folder-browser.c     folder-browser-ui.h  mail-display.c        
mail-display-stream.h  mail-identify.c  message-browser.c
folder-browser.h     mail-callbacks.c     mail-display.h        
mail-format.c          mail-search.c    message-browser.h
folder-browser-ui.c  mail-callbacks.h     mail-display-stream.c 
mail-format.h          mail-search.h
subscribe-dialog.c	subscribe-dialog.h

And these will have non-trivial modifications:

mail-tools.c	folder-browser-factory.c

I've tried to make sure functionality is equivalent in the new code, but
some things may get missed, particularly, recent updates to head,
although I think there are few.
