[Evolution-hackers] S/MIME in head mailer

There's some initial stuff in HEAD now that does sending/recieving of S/MIME messages.

It relies on some external mechanism to import/manage certs (although the evolution code to do this should be there soon).

Some of the receiving stuff is a bit ugly, if you have an enveloped message, and enveloped-signed messages don't have their signatures checked yet, but the basics basically work, as far as i can tell (well in my limited test environment which doesn't use a db password, etc).
