[Evolution-hackers] imapp module in cvs

I've put the stuff i have been playing with for an alternative/new imap
module into camel/providers/imapp in cvs (imapp short for "imap plus"). 
Mainly so I don't lose the work that's been sitting on my hdd for
months.

Don't bother building it - it doesn't work yet, although it does
compile.

It, like nntp, is only built if you ask for it.
