[Evolution-hackers] Broken importers in 1.3.2 build

The change below broke mail importers ... tho i'm not really sure why
since it fixed the definitions ... was it tested?  Maybe its a
bonobo-activation version issue?

I think its because its trying to load the shlib from inside the shlib
component init (?).  Even if it did work, it might not be the correct
approach (singleton objects and all).

It worked before because it just registered a local factory which got
looked up from internal tables, I guess, even though the defintion
itself was wrong.

Maybe it should work like the composer interface, and be a
type="factory" off the mailer factory.  Or perhaps it should be an exe
component, based on the "evolution" binary, since like anything mailer,
it has to run only once.
