[Evolution-hackers] Please, please help with compile

OK, I have spent days trying to get this thing going.

I think I have installed everything (apparently not I guess)

I run autogen.sh and get the following message

for the prefix where you installed the packages whose
macros were not found

There is no obvious error message here...

I hacked around in libical and found another problem also, not sure if they 
are connected...

./configure: ./configure: line 524: `AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)'

Now type 'make' to compile libical.
