developing Evince

Hi men,

I'm going to start a publishing business: I'd like to deliver encrypted
Pdf files over the Web and I'm searching for a multi-platform solution
that can suits my needs. In particular, I'd like to send a password
along with the file, without prompting the user, which seems not to be
possible with Acroread: so I've thought to Evince - my favourite pdf
reader :-)
I'd like to know how much effort it would take to develop a Windows port
and an ActiveX control/Netscape plugin. I'm willing to pay for that job,
but I'd like the enhancements stay mainstream: this is the reason I'm
writing to Evince-list. I hope not to be off-topic, if anybody is
interested we could countinue the talk privately.
