Translations are not handled by the application authors, but by the
GNOME Translation Project. You need to look up the GNOME Hebrew team on
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html and contact their
mailing list or coordinator about it. That way there will be no wasted
effort in case someone else is working on it already.
