Big djvu files and more

Hi everyone.

I've got a couple of questions to the developers.

1. When I'm trying to open big djvu document (~300 pages) it takes about 
half a minute of time and 99% of CPU load. This data is for Toshiba 
Satellite A15 with 2.6 GHz Celeron processor and 384 Mb RAM. Is it a 
normal situation?

2. Is location memorization on your TODO list? :) It would be great to 
open a document at the same location you leave it.
