Hi ~

Thanks for the suggestion.  Evince has been getting a major overhaul
specifically to support this and some other things.  If you want to
track the progress of this you can watch this bug:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164597

When that's closed we should have continuous scrolling merged into
Evince and will probably make a release soon after that.
