Hello Nickolay,

Bryan's screen shot is very cool. The feature to mark paragraphs will be
very usefull.

It isn't clear to me by reading the bug reports if the bookmarks/marks
will be stored and remain persistent betweeen multiple sessions. The
file location should be stored, too. That's important, because otherwise
the user has to use an additional bookmarking system for finding the
files on the file system.
