Well, no-one else seems to be using the mailing list, so I went ahead
and committed a version of this, which now also covers the toolbar-only
actions (the Back and Forward buttons, and the numerical page selector
widgetry). I believe everything now sensitises properly (though I've
only been testing with PDF files so far)
Seems to be some bugs in the History code, BTW
