Hi Sascha,

Do your other Gtk+ applications have smooth scrolling enabled? I know
there is a patch that can be applied to Gtk (Gentoo use it, for
example) to enable smooth-scrolling in Gtk itself, so it might come
from Gtk rather than Evince.
