On dialup, it's nice to be able to look at your current downloads and
ask "which one is hogging all the bandwidth?" so I can pause or stop it
and resume later.

By the way, does anyone have an idea on how to do this in general (to
discover which TCP connections on Linux are hogging my bandwidth)?
