No. It was decided in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=141963
that typeaheadfind should be started explicitly and not auto-start.
(That bug is about the built-in typeaheadfind, not the find bar, but
since the find bar replaces it, the same applies to it.)
