Epiphany Upgrade

I am seeking to keep information used by Epiphany as part of an upgrade
from FreeBSD 5.2.1 to 6.0.  These are bookmarks, passwords and the
like.  How may I do so?

To date, I have restored the file structure and files from the old
system onto the new hard drive.  Epiphany did not recognize any of the
old files.  I would very much like to restore the previous information,
particularly the passwords, to the new version of Epiphany.  The old
version of Epiphany is 1.0.6; the new one is 1.6.0.

Your assistance would be most appreciated!
