Does epiphany 1.4.8 have 128-bit encrypton?
I currently use the browser and love it, but need
128-bit encrrypton for cerain sites.
Glad to hear you like Epiphany!
Why would you think it wouldn't support 128-bit encryption? Epiphany
uses Mozilla in the background, so supports any type of encryption that
Mozilla does. Secure sites will most likely refuse the connection if
they detect that your browser isn't capable of encrypted communications.
If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to post them. You may
also want to know that there is a newer version of Epiphany than the one
you're using. The most current stable release is 1.6.4 (bundled with the
GNOME 2.10 desktop).
