Proxy setting How to?

Hi,
I have both epiphany browser and Mzilla installed.
I Mozilla at menu preference I could set my proxy
and now  I am using it to send this e-mail.

At Xwindow GNOME, in Cotrole center there is 
network setting session and I set proxy there as well.

And epiphany won't let me get through to anywhere.

How can I set this browser's proxy?
