Are you talking about this page:

First, you should check whether your Linux or BSD distribution has
Epiphany already included. Use whatever software installation program is
bundled with your distro. This is the preferred method.
If it's not included in your distro, try the download page. For
instance, if you are using SuSE, look under the header "SuSE" and click
the link appropriate to the version you are using.
