Epiphany Website

Guys,

   I've held up your website as a shining example of what I think a
project website should be, and in the process volunteered myself to help
out contructing a website for Muine
(http://people.nl.linux.org/~jorn/Muine/).

I seem to remember when the epiphany website got re-worked it was
somehow template-driven and "clever". Am I right, and if so, who can
help me work out how to create the Muine site?
