If I'm not mistaken, I think you're referring to a very old and very
sad Mozilla bug.  Read more about it here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102911  It's very
unfortunate, but until Mozilla fixes it, we're sort of stuck.

I think I can speak pretty confidently for Marco, Dave, et al, when I
say that there's very little chance of this sort of thing going into
Epiphany proper.  The good news is that Epiphany does have an extension
system, and as Gnome continues on its path to inevitable World
Domination, this feature may be added as an extension - you could speed
the process up by coding it yourself.... :-)
