Extension Request

I don't know whether the current extension API provides access to the
url-bar, but I would greatly appreciate a Mozilla Firebird workalike of
their keyword feature.  To be really functional, the bookmark API would
have to change a lot as well, allowing for keywords, but it would be
much better for me personally to type
google query
than to type
query
and then move through the bookmarks bar items (which doesn't work in any
case).
