This might be way off the mark, but is there any value in perhaps
including an entry in the po file, which translators can translate as a
'localised' version of Google where appropriate, then have Epiphany set
this in about:config on install?
That way, users get their local Google by default, which is a rather
nice touch and seems to fit with Epiphany's 'it just works' methodology.
