Spinner

Hi,

Has any decision been made about the spinner in Epiphany 1.4? I would
like to reiterate that it should be left in. As it is removable, I don't
the need to get rid of it. Perhaps, we can make the default be no
spinner, but allow it to be added in. I know it is not crucial, but it
looks kind of cool having it there.
