[Epiphany] Feature request - Animated image

Hi, i'm using Epiphany-0.9.3 and i miss one feature. 
In Galeon you can choose how many times an animated images will be
shown. 
	- Allways repeating
	- Only one time
	- Never
I think this feature could be implemented in the future releases. The
reason is that if the animated image is only shown one time, this would
do Epiphany less CPU hungry.
