[Epiphany] Background and fonts colors

Hi all, is there any plans for introducing in Preferences a way to 
change the background and fonts colors? So far, you can change the type 
of fonts and size but no colors (i'm sight impared), otherwise, the 
browser seems fast and simple to use. Good job!
