[Epiphany] Some features needed in epiphany

Hi all;

  I installed the latest Fedora beta which includes epiphany 1.0.2. I
must say that I really love the streamlined design of epiphany. However,
I also found a couple of important features missing in this release.
  First, there is no 'Encoding' sub-menu in the drop-down menu when you 
right-click on the blank space of a web page. Although this sub-menu is
available in the main 'view' menu, some pages are displayed with no main
menu at all. If these page are displayed with wrong encoding, we then
have no means to change it. Some pages are divided into deferent frames,
each may have different encoding. The only way to change individual
encodings in framed web page is through the right-click drop-down menu.
So this feature is very useful.
  The second one is missing of 'paste' option when right-clicking on the
text input 
field, whileas 'copy' option exists. The 'paste' option is needed for
the same reason as above.
