icons only on toolbar

Hi

I am sory for sending my small problem to developers mailing list... 

but i can use only low screen resolutions on my laptop and 
I DO REALY NEED 
to know how someone switched off texts under icons on epiphany in 
"User contributed screenshots" section
in any way.
