HOWTO port EPI to testing??

As Debian user and interested Epiphany user (sorry, so much work in my own
job to collaborate in develp) . I want to propose the porting of epiphany
from Debian unstable to testing. I think it's the best way to promotion
epiphany to not-develp users. ¿There are dependence problems?.
