Yes, exactly.  Now, once I know what I'm doing, what does it take to
become a contributor?  Also do you know of any good articles on using
CVS for development (I'm going to search in a bit).  IE, if I make local
changes and someone makes changes in CVS how do I get the update/merge
my changes, etc...?
