[Epiphany] Spinner

I've been looking through the archives for some info on this, but they
seem to be incomplete (I could only see this month...)

The screenshot on the website shows Epiphany with a spinner, but when I
edit my toolbars, I don't have the option of adding one.

GConf key /apps/epiphany/interface/toolbar_setup ends with
spinner=spinner;
