[Epiphany] Crash at startup in ephy_encoding_menu_rebuild ()

Hello,

I use a gtk2/xft/gcc3.2 build of today's Mozilla 1.3 branch, with latest 
Epiphany CVS, on a Debian Sid.

When I start epiphany it crashes :

because of this :

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong ?
