[Epiphany] toolbar settings

Hi -

I just started using epiphany (0.5.0) yesterday after I got the new Debian
package. I really like the interface ; it's so nice to have an app that
works straight up without having to mess with it. Also, the location bar
interface is really cool !

I found some bugs (or maybe user errors :) in the toolbar editor and wanted
to verify them : (1) I added a second toolbar that I now can't figure out
how to remove ; (2) I can't remove separators from toolbars ; and (3) I
added a fullscreen button to the main toolbar, but now it keeps reappearing
when I restart epiphany, even if I remove the button and quit the app. If
these are new issues, should I file bugs for them ?

Thanks for the great software, I'm looking forward to seeing where it will
go in the future.
