[Epiphany] Toolbar editor interface

Some people think the toolbar editor should be a normal dialog. I
personally feel current implementation
(http://mpgritti.oltrelinux.com/tbe.png) better (forgetting bugs: 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105002).
I'm unable to find any strong reason about it though, it's just a
feeling. What do you think ?

Also I'm about to implement a way to remove toolbars. We was thinking to
have a context menu and to allow to drag toolbars on the editor to
remove them. Is this ok ? Any better solution ?
