[Epiphany] First cut at Debian packaging

Hi,

I made some .debs of epiphany 2003/02/14 CVS export, largely for my own
use but others might find them handy. They're built against Debian
unstable.

To get them, put

deb http://debian.usefulinc.com/gnome/ ./
deb-src http://debian.usefulinc.com/gnome/ ./

into your /etc/apt/sources.list
and get the package 'epiphany-browser'.

As well as source I've compiled executables for i386 and powerpc
architectures.

As Mark Howard points out in his Debian ITP for epiphany, there's
already some other software called epiphany, so in Debian the browser
will be called epiphany-browser. I've sent a note of this work over to
Mark, which might be useful for him in his packaging epiphany for
Debian.

Have fun, comments welcome. Many thanks to Marco and everyone else for
a wonderful browser.

cheers
