[Epiphany] Web site

I bet you noticed how much current web site sucks. Some sections are
incomplete, some completely empty. Unfortunately atm I have no time to
work on it myself, still it would be nice if we could get some basic
content done for 0.5.

I think we could have something like:

- Homepage with a short introduction and news
- Screenshots
- Installation guide
Build from cvs (jhbuild)
Build releases (links to ephy and mozilla tgz)
Binaries (with links to extarnal sites)
- Development
Getting involved
Reporting bugs
...

Cool appeareance is not required (would obviusly be appreciated), but we
need to get at least some basic contents done if we want to make a
decent public release.
If someone is interested to work on it please contact me :)
