Ok so I download and install those binaries:
"
jhbuild shell" so i can build eph against my gnome2 environment

CC=gcc296 CXX=g++296 ./autogen.sh --prefix=/opt/gnome2

comment out #include "nsToolkitCompsCID.h" from EphyWrapper.cpp

make, make install, it all works.

type epiphany at the command line and get this error


** (epiphany:25258): CRITICAL **: file mozilla-embed-shell.cpp: line 194 (void mozilla_load_proxy_prefs (MozillaEmbedShell *)): assertion `tmp != NULL' failed

and then it segfaults :(


Please help I'm in pain here :)
