With the current epiphany right-click menu the time it takes to select
the encouraged "Open Link in New Tab" option is a non-trovial number of
milliseconds wasted to click scroll scroll click.  An equally non-trivial
number of ms is wasted by the inefficiency of opening and using windows over
tabs.

Those wasted milliseconds every time a new link is opened, multiplied by the
entire epiphany user base equals literally hours of wasted time every day.

Secondly, new windows/tabs generated through the right-click->Open in New
Tab/Window should take on the same zoom level as the original page.  It's just
annoying to have to re-adjust everytime.
