I think this should be NOTABUG.

- Of the two specs one is definately better then the other
- Causing 404 on servers isnt really a nice idea
- It's not unreasonable to expect more and more servers to
follow the new spec
- The lack of favicons for some sites is not a critical problem

I think we should punt this one.

- It breaks with the bookmark conceptual model.  You bookmark a web
site, you dont create a bookmark pointing to a web site.
- It adds clutter for something most users would not use
- The File menu is already quite big
- I cant think to any use case that are not already covered in some
other way

Personally I dont feel Send Link particularly better. Sending a link
is just a way to send a web document.
I think there is no strong reason to break consistency here,
so I think it should be punted.

Note that these are just my opinions and that on many issue I didnt talk
with other developers. So, there is plenty of space for discussion.
