[Epiphany] epiphany 0.8.3 and 0.8.4 build problems

Hi,

Trying to build epiphany 0.8.3 or 0.8.4 on a clean Red Hat 9.0 
distribution results in:

And I'm afraid it has to do with an older ORBit2 packages than epiphany 
needs. (RH90: ORBit2-2.6.0-2)

Is that true ?
